Staying organised and visiting library

One of the best way to stay focussed is to reduce non productive interactions with people and pass that time in a library. I used to advise my colleagues to visit at least once in a week. To get that done we need to be a lot of organised in our work to get that spare slot. So we need to enjoy our work and finish it in time.
One of the biggest challenge is we don’t like our work but we are doing it because it’s bringing money, keeping us busy, helping us in a momentum to achieve something. The worst thing in a job is some of your heads won’t let you do an innovative work; either they won’t appreciate or would discourage you on the way to achieve it. How to deal with that problem??? Our Childhood Teen vs NOW

When we come to this world, we are welcomed with open arms - open hearts as well. Unfortunately as we grow older the love gets on becoming conditional. As I am a 1985 born I felt during my BS last semesters I remember my mother expecting me to help her in kitchen, while I used to do my university work in late evening [IF SHE COULD COMMUNICATE IT CLEARLY WITH LOVE AND LETTING ME ORGANIZE MY SCHEDULE TO HELP HER OUT IN WORK].
